when they find out about us. Recently, an old friend of ours found out
about Heather. I blogged about it the week before Halloween. Now, this
is someone who has known me for at least 15 years. This friend isn't
exactly the most open minded person on the planet either when it comes
to things that are out of "normal". To give you an idea, when he found
that we hung out at a gay bar on occasion his comment was "So, he's a
fag??"
Well, last night he was over with his girlfriend to visit, and Rain let
them know ahead of time that it was a Heather day and some of the girls
might be over. When the came over there were no weird looks or comments,
and he interacted with me just like any other day we get together.
Granted, I don't think he really saw me as Heather, but seeing me
enfemme also didn't seem to bother him any. They were over for a few
hours and we played a game.
This just goes to show you that just because someone is a bit narrow
minded that they might just surprise you.
