It looks as if I was right. The counselor wanted to know if it was OK to
work with our daughter and help her learn how to cope with the issues
related to Heather (among other things). She seemed to have a pretty
good idea of what it meant to be a transgendered person. We talked for a
bit about a number of items. In the end I left her one of my cards so
she could check my site out.
