really working out

well tonight i put in about 2 1/2 hours on the DDR and I definitely got
one heck of a workout. Toward the end I was missing steps all over the
place and could tell that I was getting tired. It's not a high intensity
workout, but you try dancing for 2 1/2 hours and see if you don't get a
workout too.. ;)

And of course since its a Heather day I did the workout enfemme. :) I
put on a jog bra, spandex shorts and some low socks (so i dont stick to
the dance mat).
