TG friend. We haven't had a chance to get out there for a while. I was
Heather, but was the only one dressed last night. We went out to dinner
on our way out and it was nice to be totally accepted at the diner. Once
we got to Georgie's it was still a bit quiet so we got seats at the bar.
Georgie's is a very accepting gay bar so we knew we wouldn't have any
issues there. It felt kind of strange being the only "girl" there last
night, not that I'm complaining mind you. It just seemed strange because
every other time we have been there I have been with a group of the
"girls". There was one FTM there who wasn't with our group though. A
little while later another CD and her wife showed up to join us. I was
still the only one who wasn't in guy mode.
I kept getting compliments on my boots from some of the GGs. Since it
was cold I went with jeans, my white boots, a pullover top and purple
hoodie sweater. I don't think I could have looked more GG last night.
Keep in mind that this is a gay bar so the GGS there are almost all
lesbians. I had one GG flirting with me big time every time I would look
in her direction. At one point she got up on the stage (they were doing
karaoke at the bar) and was dancing. She kept trying to drag me up there
to dance with her. A little later another GG walked over to me,
(definitely drunk) and started to talk to me. At one point she put her
arm around me and pulled me close to her and hinted that we should find
somewhere private. I decided that it was time to introduce her to my
wife. It was funny to see the look on her face. She was genuinely
surprised. I think she honestly thought I was another lesbian.
Toward the end of the night a gay guy came over to me and introduced
himself. He took my hand and kissed it. I introduced my wife and he did
the same thing to her. It was odd to say the least since he was
definitely oh so gay. My wife informed me that the first time he walked
by me he definitely didn't read me. It took a few more times before he
finally realized I was not a GG.
So I was hit on by at least 2 lesbians and a gay guy. It was a strange
night to be sure. I think I should go to Georgie's more often as the
only "girl" and see if anything like this happens again.. LOL
